Application:

Working Principle:

In the extraction process, within the tank will produce a large amount of steam, the secondary steam from the steam vent for discharge, through foam catcher to cooler for condensing, again into the cooler for cooling, then enter the gas-liquid separation for separation, making the residual not cold gas escape from upper condenser, liquid reflux to extractor, so until the extract is terminated, when extracting liquid reaches the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.

3.0il extraction: putting traditional Chinese medicines which contains volatile oil in to extractor first, open the circulating valve of oil separator, close the bypass back flow valve, and open the jacket steam valve, when reaches evaporating temperature, open the cooling water for cooling, the cooling liquid should maintain a certain level of errands separation in the separator.
